What this website collects

The website has no forms, accounts, comments, advertising, or tracking tools. It does not use cookies and does not load fonts, scripts, or images from other companies.

Like all websites, our web server keeps standard access logs (your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser type). We use these only to keep the site running and secure, and they are kept only for a limited time.

When you contact us

If you call, email, or send an order form, we receive the information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and property details. We use it only to answer you and to complete the appraisal or service you ask for. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Information in an appraisal assignment is handled under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and our engagement with the client who ordered the work.

Order form

The order form is a PDF you download, fill out, and email to us. It is not submitted through this website.
